Integrated Management: Quality, Environment and Services
KEEDIO has implemented, maintains and continuously improves its Integrated Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN-ISO 14001 and UNE ISO/IEC 20000-1 standards, the latter three being specific to our sector, whilst always taking into account and integrating, in order to achieve these standards, a culture of respect for and protection of the environment, and the necessary framework to safeguard information resources and the privacy of personal data throughout the organisation, whilst also providing safe working conditions for our operations.
KEEDIO recognises that the implementation of a Management System is a fundamental step towards meeting the expectations of its clients and stakeholders, which is our core objective.
The trust placed in us by our clients drives us to maintain and enhance our competitiveness in the delivery of our activities and services, as reflected in our catalogue of solutions and services based on innovation and omnichannel models, and on best practices in IT service management:
Customer Service (acquisition, retention, loyalty, after-sales).
Technical support and assistance.
Consultancy, automation and solution development.
To this end, KEEDIO’s management utilises all available resources to fulfil the following commitments:
To allocate the necessary resources and means to deliver services to the standards of quality required by their users, whilst maintaining an appropriate balance between cost and benefit.
To create sustainable value propositions for customers, which meet their needs and strengthen their loyalty as an essential prerequisite for the continuity of our business activities.
To protect the environment and prevent pollution directly resulting from our activities, ensuring people’s safety and well-being, reducing waste generation and managing waste appropriately, thereby mitigating our socio-environmental impact.
Monitor energy and water consumption, prevent pollution in all its forms, manage waste sustainably and, as far as possible, increase the use of renewable resources.
Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and ill health.
To work towards eliminating hazards and reducing risks to people’s health and safety as far as possible, through training and information, worker participation and consultation, and established procedures.
To promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, monitoring workers’ health through protocols relating to their work and the associated risks.
To establish an effective system to encourage the participation and consultation of employees and their legal representatives.
To carry out ongoing analyses of existing service needs and respond appropriately to them. To this end, KEEDIO utilises service management indicators that enable proper monitoring of both the service levels provided and the management activities carried out in relation to them.
To establish the necessary guidelines and principles to achieve security levels that guarantee the protection of information assets and the systems supporting them – whether belonging to our clients or the company – against any alteration, loss, damage, destruction, disclosure or unauthorised access.
To define the methods of control, review and adjustment that enable the proper functioning of the security and business continuity plans for the information systems and services that KEEDIO offers to its clients to be verified.
To define the control, review and adjustment methods that enable the correct functioning of the security and business continuity plans for the information systems and services that KEEDIO offers its clients to be verified.
To design and implement formal risk analysis and management processes that enable the appropriate solutions to be put in place, or to accept the risks associated with deviations from the security and business continuity plans.
Manage security incidents to ensure the ability to respond to emergency situations, restoring the operation of critical services as quickly as possible.
Establish mechanisms for ongoing communication with clients, in order to understand and address their needs and expectations.
Establish strategic partnerships with our suppliers to foster business interactions that improve quality, respect the environment and ensure the health and safety of people, thereby generating added value for both parties, in line with the purpose and context of our organisation, and providing a framework for setting objectives.
Comply with applicable legislation and other requirements voluntarily undertaken by our organisation, in the countries in which it operates, in all aspects relating to the quality of our products and services, the environment, health and safety at work, and security.
To promote preventive measures that ensure the security of our clients’ and the company’s personal data and assets.
To provide ongoing and effective training and raise awareness amongst all staff, particularly in the areas of the environment, information security, health and safety, and personal data privacy, and to involve them in the actions taken, by communicating the policy and objectives and developing awareness programmes.
To continuously maintain and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Integrated Management System, assessing risks and opportunities, objectives and targets through regular internal and external audits, and taking corrective measures to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
This policy is implemented through objectives, regulations, standards, guidelines, operating procedures and the necessary activity records, which determine the appropriate course of action.
Details of the annual objectives are set out in the annual plan, with management focusing primarily on providing the necessary resources to achieve them through investment projects, on the simplification and standardisation of processes, and on the various organisations responsible for their implementation, establishing their roles and responsibilities.
These commitments are fully integrated into the processes and day-to-day work of our organisation and of all those involved in their implementation. They are subject to ongoing review, improvement and approval by KEEDIO’s Senior Management.
Anyone whose work may, directly or indirectly, be affected by the requirements of the Integrated Management System is obliged to comply strictly with this Policy.
